What’s in a Sauce you might say!
Well, let us tell you about ours.
Just to prove how dynamic and tastefully delicate our sauces are, we procure 4 tons of tomatoes and 3 tons of onions per month, in order to make our ‘flavors of liquid gold’. Using 250lt pots, the Chef sautée and simmers the base of each sauce to perfection. For hours on end, the brew is simmered and various spices are added at intervals, specially timed, until each of the 8 variations have been cooked to levels of par excellence.
With all sauces prepared at our central kitchen in Johannesburg, we are proud to share that all our sauces are made with fresh local produce from South Africa and imported spices from Kerala, India.
Our Chef, who reigns from the Nepal mountains in India, takes great care and pride in creating the 8 speciality sauces, that guests have come to enjoy and love. Our sauces are a true representation of our brands quality, indulgence and varied to enhance the pallette of each individual.
