Is not restricted to winter. Our menu embraces all seasons.
May we take this opportunity to recommend a dish that has been known to our brand as “The home of Butter Chicken”.
The ultimate pleasure in Indian cuisine has to be the famous butter chicken. A dish originating from Punjab, the North of India.
The famous butter chicken dish was invented in the 1950’s by a Chef named Kundan Lal Jaggi. He owned a restaurant known as Moti Mahal in Daryaganj. He was not happy with the dryness of his tandoori chicken. Unknowingly he decided to add this chicken to a tomato sauce adding butter and cream and thus the famous dish was born, providing great fame to his restaurant. Years later this dish resonates to menus throughout the world in all Indian restaurants.
Marinated boneless chicken cubes are cooked in the tandoori oven, until succulent and then sautéed in a rich creamy tomato based sauce, drizzled with cream.
This dish can be prepared as mild, medium or hot and is served best with basmati rice. To enjoy an added indulgence, laccha paratha would be a highly recommended classic.
To all guests, come enjoy this dish with us. The warm notes of the spices and the contrast of the creamy sauce will have you coming back regularly.
